    Introduction
    These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you, the user, and Soul Foundation ("Soul", "we", or "us"). By accessing or using Soul.io (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Site. IMPORTANT: The "Dispute Resolution" section of these Terms includes an arbitration clause. This clause mandates that disputes be resolved through individual arbitration, not in court, and prohibits class action claims. This provision significantly affects how disputes between you and Soul are resolved and by accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to this arbitration requirement.     Acceptance of the Privacy Policy
    When you visit our Site, your acceptance of our Privacy Policy is implied. In jurisdictions where the law mandates, we will explicitly seek your consent to gather and utilize your information as detailed within our policy. You might encounter additional disclosures pertaining to the data processing activities of particular services, which are intended to supplement or clarify our privacy practices, or possibly offer further choices about the handling of your data. Should any aspect of our Privacy Policy be unsatisfactory to you, please cease using the Site immediately. Furthermore, the Site is intended solely for users who have reached the majority age in their respective legal jurisdiction.

    This Privacy Policy sets forth our policy for collecting or using personal or behavioral data in connection with users’ access and using of the Site.

    The information we collect
    Soul does not collect your personal information and does not use any automatic tracking technologies.
    • Soul does not collect personal information. You are not required to provide any personal information to the Site. However, the transactions conducted from your wallets are publicly accessible on blockchain networks access through the Site.
    • Soul does not track IP addresses. Where third parties collect IP addresses by default: (1) manual removal of IP tracking is requested, and (2) IP data is anonymization to prevent product analytics services from receiving IP data.
    • Google analytics is used on the Site. Soul uses Google Analytics for purposes of monitoring action on the Site. All IP addresses are anonymized.
    • Soul does not store message data. Soul does not store personal or message information or in any way use information to associate or cross-associate wallet data is not possible.
    • Do Not Track policy. Some Internet browsers include the ability to transmit "Do Not Track" or "DNT" signals. Since uniform standards for "DNT" signals have not been adopted, the Site does not currently process or respond to "DNT" signals.

    Use usage data
    Soul is dedicated to enhancing user experience (UX) and, to this end, collects anonymous usage information. This data collection is strictly limited to non-personal, usage-related information, ensuring the utmost protection of your privacy. By focusing solely on anonymous metrics, Soul aims to gather only the most essential information necessary for UX improvements, while steadfastly avoiding the collection of any personal data.

    We do not share or sell the personal information that you provide us with other organizations without your express consent, except as described in this Privacy Policy.

    How we protect and store information
    Your personal information's safety and security partly depend on your actions. Factors such as unauthorized access or use, hardware or software failure, can potentially compromise user information security at any time. At Soul, we prioritize protecting personal information by minimizing the collection of personal data wherever feasible. However, it's important to understand that despite these precautions, including the use of firewalls and secure server software, the safety of your personal information cannot be fully guaranteed against access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction due to potential breaches. By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to assume these risks, understanding the inherent limitations in online security.

    If you are a resident of the European Economic Area ("EEA") or Switzerland, you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (the "GDPR") and other applicable law with respect to your Personal Data, as outlined below. For this section, we use the terms "Personal Data" and "processing" as they are defined in the GDPR, but "Personal Data" generally means information that can be used to individually identify a person, and "processing" generally covers actions that can be performed in connection with data such as collection, use, storage and disclosure. Soul will be the controller of your Personal Data processed in connection with the Site.

    We utilize various social and developer networks such as Discord, X, Gitbook, and Github. When you engage with these platforms, the operators of the respective networks may record your activity. The handling and processing of your personal data on these platforms are under the responsibility of the network operators and are conducted in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We advise you to review the privacy policies of these individual social and developer networks for more detailed information. Soul does not hold responsibility for the data collected by these networks. Our primary use of these platforms is to provide updates to our community and respond to user inquiries.
